Exercise Guide

Kettlebells are fantastic for training whether you are just trying to get fit for personal reasons or whether you are a professional athlete. The Kettlebells via a range of exercises combining movement, energy levels and coordination allow you to work on the following areas of your training:

  • Strength
  • Power
  • Speed
  • Muscular endurance

The core exercises are performed standing and moving the way the body is designed to. The main Kettlebells exercises are made up of the Swing, Clean, Military Press and the Squat.
