KettlebellThe kettlebell is a cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle,they have a flat  bottom to prevent rolling when placed on the ground.  Kettlebell workouts are intended to increase strength, endurance, agility and balance, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements.

Kettlebells thought to have originated from Russia have been around for hundreds of years. Russia used Kettlebells for training their elite athletes they were also used extensively in the Russian military units.

Today Kettlebells have become a popular training exercises used in training of elite athletes for all sport types, military, emergency services personal through to the general person wanting a great all round workout.
